Our Services

Basic Mitigation System

Includes design and installation of a complete radon system. Fan model is determined by square footage of your basement’s footprint and what material is under your foundation. Installation of an exterior GFCI outlet is included if there is no exterior outlet already available.

We also leave a post mitigation radon test to verify radon levels have dropped below 4 pCi/L.
